GLYC-HA 20%, 35% & 50% contains GLYCOLIC ACID which has been selected for its high cutaneous tolerability. GLYCOLIC ACID is the smallest molecule within the Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA) offering a great transdermal penetration capacity. This hydrophilic molecule exhibits the greatest bioavailability within the AHAs and is highly efficient for reactivating and controlling cell regeneration and cell synthesis processes. This is encouraged by the keratolytic effect on the outer layers of the epidermis through altering the corneocyte adhesion.
