DESCRIPTION
LIPO-HA 5%, 10% and 15% contain CAPRYLOYL SALICYLIC ACID, a modified SALICYLIC ACID molecule exhibiting strong lipophilic properties. It is a Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA) which has a desmolytic effect by disrupting the cellular junctions resulting in an exfoliation. LIPO-HA peelings are particularly effective for patients with oily skin and open comedones due to the lipophilic nature of the peeling agent. The anti-inflammatory and anesthetic effects of the CAPRYLYOL SALICYLIC ACID reduce the amount of erythema and discomfort associated with chemical peelings.
